Five UCS students represented the school in the beginner, intermediate, and advanced divisions of the ANJCS Chinese Chess Contest last Sunday—marking the first time UCS has had participants across all three levels. Coaches Mr. Chen and Mr. Colby were incredibly proud!

Their performance showcased the boundless potential of children. Our teaching philosophy emphasizes training their listening skills first, knowing that speaking skills will naturally follow.

Union Chinses School (UCS) is a non profit organization that has been providing Mandarin Chinese and cultural classes for the children of Westfield and surrounding areas for over 40 years. Founded in 1979, our Saturday School has been actively involved in community service and cultural advancement.
UCS has been affiliated with the Chinese American Cultural Association (CACA) since 1987. It continues to be devoted to the preservation of Chinese culture and heritage as well as the promotion of multicultural awareness in our community.
